Trying to plan where to eat lunch on the drive from Portland to Multnomah Falls. Some to-go food for a picnic would be nice. Any recommendations? GF and vegetarians in the group = P Thanks!

Hi Thanks for the question . If you get on the scenic high way from Troutdale (assuming your ping from the west )and drive the whole way it's very nice and totally worth it . Then you can stop at crown point and continue the drive . There are many picnic areas that you can stop at . The waterfall right before Multnomah falls as a nice picnic area with table and grills . If you don't want to picnic the lodge at Multnomah Falls has a nice restaurant, you can ask to sit in the falls room and you can see the wanted fall or out on their patio . If you continue on the scenic hwy you will see about 7-8 waterfalls along the way and then you loop back to the freeway and hop on there and head back .
