When looking for open weeks to rent I do a 7 day, Saturday to Saturday rental week. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and high thread count sheets. All bathroom towels are high end. No corners cut at this rental. This cottage is newly renovated. Brand new fully equipped kitchen including gas range/oven, refrigerator microwave, granite countertops, double sink and dishwasher. Also has new couches, large dining table with Parsons chairs, vinyl wood flooring throughout, large bay window with window seat and cushions, new washer/dryer, cable TV and Amazon Fire stick, new outside gas grill and WIFI. Exterior deck has new outdoor furniture. Nice spot for morning coffee. There is a 30' dock; tie your boat or water craft up to the dock for your stay! The cottage has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms is a large room with cable TV and 3 queen beds.
