Yes, if you select that particular tour. It's called "Daily Up Valley Tour with Castle Tasting". There is another tour that is the "down valley" which does not include the castle. So make your selection carefully. You can always call them if you have questions. The Up Valley tour stopped at 4 locations, which made for a very full day of delicious tastings.

That is really up to the winery. Our tours say that the tasting fee is not optional if you want to join the group in the winery. They have very limited seating due to the current restrictions, this could change, but for now they ask that you remain outside the tasting area if you don't plan on tasting.
