Storm survey crews with NWS Louisville confirmed EF-1 tornado damages in Fairdale and near Shepherdsville in Bullitt County following severe storms Sunday.
Earlier on Monday, the NWS confirmed an EF-1 tornado in Fairdale. It said winds of at least 90 miles per hour hit the area in south Louisville. Damage was reported along Mitchell Hill Road near Chieftain Drive with many trees and powerlines down.
