Released alongside Resident Evil Village, after three years, multiplayer spin-off ReVerse is being shut down and yanked from sale by Capcom.

The removal of Resident Evil Re:Verse from online stores begins on March 3rd. Those who have already purchased Resident Evil Re:Verse have until June 29th to play the game. At that point, service will end and offline functions will be turned off.

Verse, a multiplayer spin-off released in celebration of the series' 25th anniversary, will be delisted later this year.

Capcom announced that it will shut down the multiplayer game Resident Evil Re:Verse, and that service for it ends on June 29, 2025. On that day, it will also stop including the game with copies of Resident Evil Village.

The game will go down on all platforms, meaning PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X and S, and Steam. Resident Evil Re:Verse is available by purchasing the latest mainline entry, Resident Evil Village. No refunds for the game itself or its DLC were mentioned.
