SANTA BARBARA COUNTY – A one-mile segment of southbound US 101 between the Highway 1/US 101 interchange and the Gaviota Rest Area will be reduced to one lane beginning on Thursday, January 9.
Joseph Neill’s body was found during an outgoing tide in the inlet, east of the Hwy 101 bridge and near the intersection of North Bay Road, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.
