Kyle Preston realized how few letterman jackets were in halls of Del City High after buying his own daughter one. That's when he got an idea.

A teenage boy was shot and killed at a high school football game Friday night in Choctaw, Okla. Cordae Carter, 16, was shot and killed during the Del City-Choctaw game at Bill Jensen Field.
