May 5, 2023 · Stick with the 37mm, it looks so good! And you like wearing smaller watches, so it totally makes sense as even the 15450 wears more like a 39mm regular watch. What you could also do as add an extra link, wearing it more loose will make it appear a little larger.

Nov 12, 2024 · In my opinion, the 15450 looks truly mid-size, where the 15300 still looks traditional but fills more space on the wrist. The royal oak wears almost like a one-piece bracelet in my opinion, so the bigger the case size the better. However I must say the 15400 is just a little too massive lug-to-lug on my 6.5" wrist.

Here's my AP 15450 Royal oak (37mm). There are a lot of debates online on the size of this watch - some arguing that it's the perfect size for folks with smaller wrists and others claiming that it's for ladies.

3 days ago · I appreciate you pointing out that the choice is the 15500 if you’re looking for a sportier look, vs the 15400 if looking for more elegant or more traditional or dressy look. But I think a couple other points could be made.

Sep 1, 2016 · I've owned both the latest 15450 (v2 dial with correct 3oclock marker) and the previous v1. Both had crisp minute markers and Swiss made txt. I've owned around x6 JF 15400s (mixture of v1 and v2s).

Jul 25, 2019 · Would really love to add a silver dial AP RO to my small collection. I had tried on 15400 and it was a bit too big for my 6.5” wrist. So i was looking at 15300 (39mm) and 15450 (37mm), need your inputs on the 2 models. Classic 39mm and thin, but somehow on the wrist doesn’t feel substantial enough.

Sep 4, 2021 · Bought the 15450 back in 2016 (37mm much better for my wrists), still one of my favorite stainless steel watches. Would never pay the resale prices though.

This included the launch of two completely new sizes for the time-only models: the Royal Oak ref. 15400 (41mm) and ref. 15450 (37mm).
