Oct 30, 2022 · I've been doing some tests, sculpting a terrain with 16.7 million verts at full resolution. Previously (on Blender 3.2) if I used an 2k heightmap stamp texture with an anchored SculptDraw brush, I am only able to drag and rotate the brush if the viewport is zoomed all the way in and I'm only covering a relatively small number of vertices.

May 15, 2022 · Well that answer vary a lot according of what you want to do with Blender, for low poly or hard surface model the mouse is enough. If you plan to do sculpting or drawing then the tablet is needed and more than useful. I recommend you first start using Blender and then after you know how to use it then decide if you require the tablet or no.
