MBS International Airport formally named Tri City Airport, is a special municipality owned by the City of Midland, City of Saginaw and County of Bay. The airport is located in Freeland, Michigan, which is centrally located between the three owning communities.

What time does the airport, checkpoint and airline ticket counters open? The airport opens at 3:45 a.m., and the security checkpoint opens at 4:00 a.m. until the last flight has departed. The hours for airline ticket counters vary depending on each airline’s flight schedule.
