With emerald springs feeding the Wekiwa River and lush tropical hammocks, this unique park just minutes from downtown Orlando is perfect for observing abundant wildlife or cooling off on a summer day. Miles of trails beg to be explored on foot, bike or horseback, and canoes and kayaks are available on-site.

Jan 1, 2025 · Hiking, swimming, kayaking and concessions are still available. Reservations will be required to enter Wekiwa Springs State Park from March 12 to Sept. 1. Previously, lines to enter the park began forming hours prior to the park opening. The park entry fee will be collected online at the time of reservation.
