Jan 30, 2019 · “Blonde Hair, Black Lungs” and “Mediocre At Best” by Sorority Noise are my go-to BPD songs. “Smoke Damage” by Hi, I’m Case is really BPD-feeling too. “The Killing Type” and “Runs in the Family” by Amanda Palmer definitely embody BPD, particularly “Runs in the Family”.

Do you guys know any songs that are about BPD, or are at least very relatable to your experiences with BPD? Thinking especially stuff regarding FPs, splitting, abandonment issues and/or issues with identity, but honestly anything can be shared. As an artist, I like listening to music and imagining animations to it to cope with reality 😭.
